				What Is Transaction 911?
We’re a company with a mission: To help California real estate professionals earn higher profits through increased efficiency in transaction management.
Transaction 911 is a virtual transaction management firm designed to put more selling hours in your day; prepare your paperwork in accordance with the purchase and sale agreement; assure that you meet all contingency deadlines; and help you close your transactions on time.
Led by California Real Estate Broker Melissa Zavala, ours is a team of highly-trained transaction coordinators whose only focus is the correct, complete, and on-time preparation of the paperwork necessary to a successful California real estate closing.
We assume responsibility for the mundane tasks so you can focus on serving your clients without worrying that you’re missing a deadline or failing to get an initial or final signature. We’re available to assist you and to answer your questions from 9 to 5, Monday through Friday, and your password-protected transaction file is available to you and your clients 24 hours of every day, 7 days a week.
Our California transaction coordinators stay up to date with the latest legal reports from the California Association of REALTORS® and change notices from the California Department of Real Estate. No matter how often new forms are added and old forms are changed, your transactions will always be up-to-date in accordance with the purchase and sale agreement.

Melissa Zavala is well-known as the broker of Broadpoint Properties, as the founder of Short Sale Expeditor®, and as a real estate trainer who assists agents across the nation through her coaching, mentoring, and training.

She has written for The American Genius, The Real Daily, and Trulia and was nominated for the Inman Award for Real Estate's Most Influential Leaders. Melissa’s superpower is tenacity and she’s known for pushing to the limits. She is a voracious reader and loves to learn new things. When Melissa isn’t doing all things real estate, she enjoys hot yoga, downhill skiing, and a rousing game of Scrabble®.
