While we generally work directly with the agents representing buyers and sellers, we’ll be happy to assist you in facilitating document signing and communication with your clients. We’re your team behind the scenes… but if you need us to come to the forefront, just let us know!
Do you have a Cancellation Fee?
Great news! We only get paid when the deal closes! With the current climate, we expect that some transactions may cancel. That’s ok with the team at Transaction 911. There is no cancellation fee in the event that your transaction gets cancelled.
What if my office is not located close to you?
We are your virtual transaction coordinating team, and we devised our systems in order to assist agents throughout California. We use all sorts of electronic platforms, including Docusign, in order to assist agents and their clients in completing transactions quickly and efficiently.
Can you help with a Transaction I’ve already started?
If you have a transaction that you’ve already begun, we will be happy to take over. Just contact our office and speak with one of our outstanding transaction coordinators about the best way for us to step in and assist you with the transactional paperwork you require.
Will I have more than one Transaction Coordinator helping me?
Generally, you will be assigned one transaction coordinator for all of your transactions. However, just like the rest of the world, sometimes a member of our team may be ill or on vacation. So, one of our backup transaction coordinators will monitor your file and make sure that you get the service you deserve.
